Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

International Delivery
We currently ship to selected countries across Europe and beyond. International delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and local customs processes.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Delays
While we always aim to meet the above timeframes, occasional delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. Royal Mail disruptions, customs clearance). We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@victoryandbeyond.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date. We'll make it right.
